Explosion Proof Dia-Vac pump achieves rating of Zone 1 IIB+Hydrogen.
December 10, 2008 - Air Dimensions obtains UL/CSA approved rating of Zone 1 IIB+Hydrogen to the already certified Class I Division I Group B rating on our Explosion Proof motor. With flow rates up to 62 SLPM on the dual stage pump and corrosion resistant options like Solid Teflon and 316 ss, the Dia-Vac pump is now able to pass more of your gas than ever. For extremely dangerous or expensive gases, ADI offers a Double Diaphragm Dia-Vac option to allow for the containment of the gas even in the event of primary diaphragm failure. All Dia-Vac pumps are completely field-serviceable and available for immediate delivery.
