These processes are ideally suited for power management products, display drivers and automotive and industrial applications.With the announcement of these leading edge processes austriamicrosystems also provides the appropriate mixed-signal high voltage design environment, known as HIT-Kit, for these new 0.35 µm HV processes. The easy to use HIT-Kit includes fully characterized analog and HV simulation models, extraction and verification run sets, qualified digital and analog libraries, device generators and many more to give customers a tool set which increases the chances drastically of performing first time right design.
