Based on the proven 0.35 µm mixed-signal CMOS process, licensed from TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), there is now a 20V and a 50V process available for mass production in austriamicrosystems’ 200mm production line.

These processes are ideally suited for power management products, display drivers and automotive and industrial applications. With the announcement of these leading edge processes austriamicrosystems also provides the appropriate mixed-signal high voltage design environment, known as HIT-Kit, for these new 0.35 µm HV processes. The easy to use HIT-Kit includes fully characterized analog and HV simulation models, extraction and verification run sets, qualified digital and analog libraries, device generators and many more to give customers a tool set which increases the chances drastically of performing first time right design.
