TORONTO, October 27, 2005 – In a move to bring more targeted service and support to customers in Canada, Beckhoff today announced the creation of a formal Canadian subsidiary. Beckhoff Automation Canada Ltd (BCAN) will be located in Guelph, Ontario, and will feature a sales office, training center and product demonstration area. The city of Guelph is centrally located in southwestern Ontario’s vast manufacturing and machine-building region. “By establishing Beckhoff Automation Canada, we solidify the Beckhoff commitment to the Canadian manufacturing industry,” said Joe Ottenhof, Beckhoff Canada Regional Manager. “Beckhoff Canada is now better positioned and equipped to support our many new and well-established customers.
