480VAC Phase Monitoring Relay in Compact Housing
June 15, 2004 - Buffalo Grove, Illinois - Carlo Gavazzi has announced the introduction of the DPA53 Series, a new phase monitoring relay with relay output, which detects: under-voltage, and improper phase sequence or phase loss.In the vast majority of 3-phase applications it is critical to know if all phases are present, have the right sequence and the right voltage. As space saving is more and more important, especially for electrical panel manufacturers , the DPA53 is a perfect fit and is fast becoming a standard product in the elevator industry. In a DIN rail mount housing of just 17.5 mm, the DPA53 is capable of monitoring all of the above conditions and provide a relay type output which can be set as NC or NO.
Voltage monitoring ranges are available for: 150-230V AC and 320-480V AC. A red LED visually indicates an alarm condition.
