Daintree’s commissioning, management and analysis software will be available as a plug-in for Tritech’s TriBee ZigBee Network Coordinator Gateway.

FREMONT, CA — April 1, 2008 — Daintree’s commissioning, management and analysis software will be available as a plug-in for Tritech’s TriBee ZigBee Network Coordinator Gateway. Daintree’s Sensor Network Analyzer (SNA) software provides a comprehensive solution for the development, deployment, monitoring and management of ZigBee and IEEE 802.15.4™ systems. The TriBee Network Coordinator Gateway provides the communications link between a ZigBee network and other access networks.

The gateway provides connectivity via Ethernet, USB and RS232, and is part of the TriBee family of ZigBee products, which also includes routers and RF modules. “We have been partnering with Daintree for over a year, working on ways to provide benefits to both our customers and theirs,” said Mattias Wide, Product Manager at Tritech. “The addition of the Daintree SNA plug-in software to our TriBee gateway will provide our customers with a richer set of deployment options, including detailed analysis and troubleshooting support plus new commissioning and management tools.” “Daintree Networks has recently added a range of commissioning and management capabilities for the SNA to help deliver robust and reliable ZigBee networks,” said Jason Choong, Director of Marketing at Daintree.

“Tritech and their TriBee family of gateway products represents an excellent route to market for our embedded commissioning and management software.”
