Hoffer Introduces Hit-1 Intelligent Transmitter

The HIT-1 transmitter performs linearization for up to 20 flow points and provides a linearized 4-20 mA output signal proportional to flow rate. The model HIT-1 operates from loop power and provides users with a powerful solution for applications requiring outstanding meter performance within a simple field instrument. This versatile transmitter is useable with all Hoffer turbine flowmeters.All flow systems supplied by Hoffer, including the HIT-1 unit, are factory calibrated and certified. Hoffer supplies a Windows® based configuration program with the HIT-1 unit to provide for fieldreconfiguration of the flowmeter through the RS232 serial port.

Remote configuration and monitoring is performed from any PC based computer using a standard communications software package. No special software isrequired.In addition to the HIT-1 intelligent transmitter, Hoffer offers a broad line of signal conditioners and flow computers suitable for industrial and precision applications.
