December 3, 2013 - Intelligent Appliance announces IA-3116-E Series of LAN Ethernet Industrial Relay Controllers. The IA-3116-E includes 16 relays. 12 of them have an output contact rating of 5Amp @ 250VAC, SPST kind, while the remaining 4 are of SPDT kind with contact rating of 2Amp @ 30VDC and 1Amp @ 125VAC. Furthermore, the new module includes 16 Isolated Digital Inputs, powered already, and capable of handling “Dry-Contact” Inputs, PNP and NPN devices, as well as TTL and LVTTL. The Board can be directly plugged into a local network and assigned with an IP address, and can be controlled and monitored simply by opening the browser and connecting to the IP address.
Alternately, the Board can be controlled and monitored directly by a host computer. The Product is software supported by a DOT.net Library and by open source code examples in C#, VB.net, and it may controlled by direct IP access while making use of the original Series-3000 commands. This relay controller is equipped with an RS-232 Chain Port for additional optional of chaining, so you capable of controlling up to 256 modules, which are more than 8000 relays.
