August 10, 2015 - Intelligent-Appliance introduces IA-3116-EA8-P Web Control module that has an Ethernet port for monitoring and control by computer or Mobile device, by wire, wireless or through the Internet.
It includes 16-ch relay, 16-ch isolated digital input, 8-ch analog input and 2 event counters. The Analog input channels are of 12bit resolution with three voltage ranges of 5V, 10V and 20V and a current input range of 4-20mA. Two out of 8 channels might be used as current input or 0-5VDC Voltage input.
The Isolated Digital Inputs have two operation modes. They can make use of an internal opto-isolators power source, supporting dry-contact, logic devices and PNP/NPN sensors or by external power source in the range of 5 to 40 Volts.
There are two kinds of relays installed into the card: 12 SPST and 4 SPDT relays. The Normally Open contact rating, on both relay kinds, is 5Amp while the Normally Closed contact rating is 3Amp. All relays are voltage protected by voltage suppressors and all relay outputs are provided to the user through quick pluggable screw blocks.
Microsoft DOT.net Library, Open Source code examples and operation utilities are attached to each card, to simplify and shorten its implementation stage.
The IA-3116-EA8-P Multifunction Controller may be easily used as a Web operated relay controller or factory floor monitor.
