The new software complements Microscan imagers by providing a tool to manage images as they are captured. Manufacturers now have a trouble-shooting tool to capture images and help determine root causes of conditions such as no-reads. "We realize that customers using our imagers need the ability to visually review the quality of symbols captured," commented Abigail Franco, Software Product Manager for Microscan. "We developed EZ Trax to provide an easy, cost-effective solution for successful image management." EZ Trax features an intuitive user interface designed for maximum flexibility with user-defined settings such as file naming and output mode options, and memory allocation for storage of image captures. The software works with Microscan's Easy Setup Program (ESP) to support and provide additional functionality for imager products.
