Reason for dissolution
OMRON (CHINA) GROUP.,LTD was initially established as the headquarter of the China area, mainly responsible for human resource functions. However, headquarter functions in China has been centralized to OMRON (CHINA) CO., LTD, a holding company located in Beijing, we have decided to dissolve this affiliated company.
