March 12, 2019 - Open Systems International (OSI) announced the formation of OSI Colombia in Bogotá, Colombia. This is intended to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of OSI’s operations technology (OT) platforms and solutions to clients throughout the Latin American utility market.
Staffed by a multidisciplinary team of experienced technical and business staff, OSI Colombia will provide local support in the tradition of OSI’s customer service. Members of the support staff are intimately familiar with the language, culture, and customs of the region, enabling them to provide communication and interaction with customers.
