ML4.2 Photoelectric Sensors provide optimal background suppression sensing capabilities in a compact 14mm x 18mm x 33mm housing. Targets are precisely detected at ranges up to 80mm, while background objects just millimeters away are ignored. Color insensitivity is less than 10%, so targets are reliably detected regardless of color.

TWINSBURG, OH – September 8, 2006 - Pepperl+Fuchs introduces ML4.2 Photoelectric Sensors. These high-performance sensors provide optimal background suppression sensing capabilities in a compact 14mm x 18mm x 33mm housing. Targets are precisely detected at ranges up to 80mm, while background objects just millimeters away are ignored.

Color insensitivity is less than 10%, so targets are reliably detected regardless of color.A glass lens and anti-static housing make this series particularly well suited for printing and paper environments in which multi-colored targets and dust are prevalent. All ML4.2 models feature tamper-proof fixed sensing ranges, cross-talk immunity, as well as 4-in-1 technology that allows for four automatically selected output configurations from a single sensor.Pepperl+Fuchs is a world leader in the design, manufacture and application of high quality factory and process automation products and services.

Pepperl+Fuchs pioneered the development of proximity sensors 45 years ago, and has set the standard for innovation and quality ever since.
