Phoenix Contact Introduces NEMA Type 4X Junction Box Assemblies

Harrisburg, Pa. – The new stainless steel 4X junction box assemblies from Phoenix Contact make industrial wiring projects requiring multiple numbers of corrosion-resistant wall-mount junction boxes of similar configuration easier than ever. Terminal block rail assemblies are mounted and labeled in the enclosure; simply mount the junction box and terminate the conductors. The enclosures are formed from 14 gauge, Type 316L stainless steel that contains a watertight and dust-tight seal.

A removable internal Type 304 stainless steel panel provides the mounting surface for the Phoenix Contact corrosion-resistant stainless steel DIN-rail terminal block rail assemblies.J-BOX SST 4X junction box assemblies are available in four different size enclosures containing a variety of terminal block rail assemblies ranging from standard feed-through blocks to thermocouple blocks. These junction box assemblies are manufactured to the requirements of UL 508A. Phoenix Contact Inc.
