August 3, 2006 - Ice Qube has contracted with Siemens Building Technologies to provide in-field support for our cooling systems.This service option will be included on all Ice Qube cooling systems at no additional charge during the warranty period.This field service will work in conjunction with our in-house technical staff to provide a resolution to any questions or problems you may encounter. The field service will be for warranty work and will be available on post warranty basis to help reduce down time.Please contact the Ice Qube sales staff or technical staff for any questions you have on this new level of commitment to providing cooling solutions for the 21st century.
