BURGAW, N.C. (May 8, 2003) – Wieland Electric, Inc announces the introduction of a new line of DIN Rail Utility Boxes. The DIN Rail Utility box comes in several different versions that offer a labor saving way to provide utility power to any control cabinet. They may be mounted either vertically or horizontally on the DIN rail.
The horizontal version comes with the terminal block mounted for easy wiring when the DIN Rail Utility Box is mounted horizontally. Installing the DIN Rail Utility Box is as easy as snapping the box onto a 35mm DIN rail and connecting the Line, Neutral and Ground wires. Utility power fans, lights, laptop computers, testers or any other need is now at your disposal. The DIN Rail mount Utility Boxes come pre-wired with a variety of receptacles and we offer modules for applications where ground fault (GFCI) protection is required. The all gray housing, faceplate, and receptacle blend well in control cabinet applications.
The DIN Rail Utility Boxes are available in 15A and 20A versions as well as 15A and 20A GFCI. The horizontal version is currently available in 15A and 15A GFCI.
