November 25, 2003 - Buffalo Grove, IL - CARLO GAVAZZI’s new RJ Series Solitrons are ideally suited to replace electromechanical contactors in high switching frequency applications. The Solitrons feature an integral heat sink, and they can be snapped onto DIN-rail or mounted to a back chassis. Other standard features include LED indication of control input and over-voltage protection (internal MOV). Installation is simplified via self-lifting connection clamps and two terminal layouts (for contactor or SSR type wiring). They also utilize direct copper bonding technology, which was popularized first in CARLO GAVAZZI’s Solid State Relays over a decade ago.

The Solitrons are offered in three different housing styles, the “Mini” can switch up to 30 amps at 600VAC, the “Midi” can switch up to 75 amps and the “Power” can switch up to 90 amps at 600VAC.
