DAILY announces rugged RFID smart label

RFID smart label is rewriteable to allow compliance with EPC Gen 2(ISO18000-6C) standard.

June 18, 2009 - DAILY RFID announced the rugged RFID smart label, designed to ensure durability under harsh environments and address the compliance of EPC Gen 2 RFID standard. The chip comes with a unique ID code and RFID smart label's memory capacity is available in 1K/4K. The RFID smart label is rewriteable to allow compliance with EPC Gen 2(ISO18000-6C) standard. The rugged RFID smart label is engineered to last the the durability even under harsh environment. The use of high-quality paper and 3M adhesive Glue in the RFID smart label ensures readability as well as protection against chemicals and abrasion, while providing excellent grip to plastic and uneven surfaces.

DAILY hopes to provide attractive, durable tags to realize a high return on customers' investment. And DAILY will test inlay before inserting them into smart label, and test the finished label again, discarding those that are "bad" or exhibit low power at each testing station.
