May 12, 2009 — Data Systems International announced that its dcLINK 4.2 data collection software solution has achieved certified integration with SAP solutions. dcLINK is a comprehensive automated data collection (ADC) solution that streamlines and mobilizes a company’s business processes. dcLINK tracks inventory, time, and assets in real-time using barcode, radio frequency identification (RFID), voice, and mobile applications from any location – in production, the warehouse, and the field. dcLINK’s scalable architecture integrates seamlessly with enterprise software systems and can be tailored to meet clients’ unique business needs.
The certification of dcLINK 4.2 was granted based on a successful integration assessment by the SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) that dcLINK interoperates with the SAP ERP 6.0 application using SAP-endorsed integration technologies to maintain fixed assets data. In addition, dcLINK 4.2 has achieved “SAP Solution Manager Ready” status.
Solutions that qualify as SAP Solution Manager Ready are made visible to the customer’s SAP system landscape directory, displayed within the SAP Solution Manager application management solution at the customer site.
