GAO RFID introduces model 216021 long-range integrated reader

Model 216021 has a built-in 12 dBi antenna and a maximum read/write distance of up to 15 m.

February 2, 2012 - GAO RFID introduces its model 216021 long-range integrated reader. It is an ideal solution for applications including automatic weighing, logistics such as container management, pallet management and asset tracing, ticket business and access control. It operates at a frequency range of 860 to 960 MHz and has a built-in 12 dBi antenna ensuring long-range reading and writing. Transponders compliant with ISO18000-6B, EPC Class 1 and EPC Class 1 GEN 2 standards are available. It offers a maximum read/write distance of up to 15 m.

The integrated reader features anti-interference ability and a multi-reader synchronization function. It provides a variety of communication interfaces including RS-232, Wiegand26/34 and RS485 that make it easy to install and use. Additionally, the range of RF power is 0 to 30 dBm which is adjustable via software.
