HBM’s EASYswitch process controller provides consistent documentation during production, or in laboratories for sample checks, by monitoring the characteristics of switching systems for power distribution in automotive or high-quality consumer goods. With some 1,000 measurement programs, corresponding evaluation criteria, and matching control and analysis software, EASYswitch ensures all switching and locking elements conform to consistent operational parameters for reliable quality assurance. EASYswitch gives all the functions needed for full control through force-displacement or torque-angle of rotation monitoring and up to five switching operations can be tested and documented in one go.
Switching events are controlled through the integrated digital inputs while measurement curves and events are recorded and evaluated. An OK/NOK evaluation controls production and helps minimize downtime and alarm limits monitor the production process to ensure optimum machine protection.Designed to integrate with HBM’s FASTpress suite, EASYswitch enables variably configured test sequences. Additional software add-ons, such as EASYsetup for user administration, and EASYteach for the recording and analysis of statistical process are available. HBM’s MP85A Toolkit programming library enables users to implement their own user interfaces and integrate them into machine visualization and control systems.
