WILMINGTON, N.C. (April 21, 2003) — Meeting the demand for faster, heavier and higher-torque materials handling applications, Interroll Corp. has developed a high integrity, grooved belt solution for use with a variety of conveyor applications. Designed for use with Interroll’s High Torque Brush Type (BT) and Brushless (BL) RollerDrive, this rubber belting provides longer life than traditional O-rings for use with speeds exceeding 150 FPM and weights approaching 300 pounds or more.

“Interroll has led the way in increased load capacity, speed and torque,” said Global RollerDrive Product Manager Ken Bobick. “Now we have developed a belting solution that matches the quality and capability of the RollerDrive product.” This enhancement to the RollerDrive product family will be available by June of this year.
