February 26, 2014 - Power Partners announces PEAD90SLF Series of single output AC/DC desktop switching power supplies, which provide up to 90W of power. The standard input voltage range of 90-264VAC (47 to 63Hz) converts to output voltages of 12VDC, 18VDC, 19VDC and 24VDC that require no minimum load for operation.
This ultra-slim desktop adapter has a 3.85″ x 2.56″ x 0.66″ footprint with C8 AC input receptacle. The PEAD90SLF Series features 3000VAC input-output isolation, comprehensive protection circuitry, including over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection, and an average efficiency rating of 87%.
These highly efficient power supplies have an MTBF of greater than 100,000 hours at full load. All models are RoHS compliant and meet Efficiency Level V, EN55022 and FCC Class B emissions limits, and are approved to UL, CSA, and European UL/EN60950 safety standards. Power Partners' PEAD90SLF units operate between 0°C and 40°C. These external desktop supplies are well suited for wide variety of ITE applications, such as test and measurement, communications, and peripherals where small size is preferred. Modifications to standard designs are welcomed.
