Schneider promotes Insprucker director of Global Web Business

Insprucker will join the company’s global marketing office to lead the development, coordination and execution of priority Web business programs.

December 1, 2008 - The Schneider Electric North American Operating Division announced that Thomas Insprucker has been promoted to the position of director, Global Web Business Program. In his new role, Insprucker will join the company’s global marketing office to lead the development, coordination and execution of priority Web business programs for Schneider Electric’s customers in 130 countries, as well as for Schneider Electric business units worldwide. He also will be responsible for developing new incremental and profitable business through Web project development.

“Tom's 23 years of experience in various sales, marketing and general management leadership functions have positioned him well for his new role,” said Jim Sandelin, senior vice president, sales and marketing operations, Schneider Electric North American Operating Division. “We look forward to Tom driving efficiency and business growth for our company in this critically important role.”Insprucker joined Square D in 1985 and has held several leadership positions, including vice president of marketing, vice president of eBusiness, and business director for the Industrial Applications division. In addition to his responsibilities at Schneider Electric, he serves as a guest lecturer at North Carolina State University and DePaul University.

He is also an active member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Business Marketing Association (BMA) speakers bureaus.
