Brochure covers couplings that meet precision positioning requirements and high reverse-load characteristics of today’s servomotor applications.

October 30, 2007 - Plymouth, Minnesota: A new eight page Zero-Max catalog of an expanded line of ServoClass couplings has been published. These are high performance couplings designed to meet the precision positioning requirements and high reverse-load characteristics of today’s servomotor applications.System designers will find this new catalog a real help in evaluating options and sizes for specific servomotor applications. These ServoClass couplings are now available in eleven sizes in single and double disc models.

The three newest coupling sizes handle bore diameters from 20 mm (0.875 in.) to 35 mm (1.378 in.) and operating torque from 100 to 250 Nm (3937 to 9843 in. lbs.).

Manufactured of RoHS compliant materials, all ServoClass couplings are lightweight and are designed with 304 stainless steel disc packs and 7075-T6 aluminum hubs and center members. All models and sizes feature clamp style hubs with corrosion resistant socket head cap screws.ServoClass couplings are ideal for virtually any system using Ball Screws and Servomotors. They are ideal for applications in automation, packaging, semi-conductor assembly, laboratory automation and medical equipment.Included in the new brochure is complete selection and ordering information.
