January 17, 2019 - Axiomtek announced the release of GOT817L-511, a 17-inch stainless steel fanless touch panel computer. Its full IP66/IP69K-rated water, dust and corrosion-proof enclosure guarantees this industrial panel PC operability in harsh operating conditions. Additionally, it supports an operating temperature range from -20°C to +50°C and can withstand vibration up to 1G. The GOT817L-511 is a terminal for use in food and chemical factories, pharmaceutical industry, as well as heavy-duty outdoor applications.
The GOT817L-511 supports the Intel Core i5-7300U processor (Kaby Lake). The industrial panel PC has a 17-inch SXGA TFT flat bezel LCD display with LED backlight and 350 nits of brightness. The touch panel PC comes with the choice of a projected capacitive touchscreen or 5-wire flat resistive touchscreen.
The GOT817L-511 is equipped with one 260-pin DDR4 SO-DIMM for up to 16GB of system memory. It offers a choice of either one 2.5" SSD HDD or one 2.5" SATA HDD for additional storage. For extra expansion, the panel PC supports one full-size and one half-size PCI Express Mini Card slots for wireless module cards in 3G, 4G, LTE and Wi-Fi specifications.
Furthermore, the 17-inch IP66/IP69K touch panel PC provides a set of I/O interfaces with one Gigabit Ethernet (with Intel Ethernet controller I210-IT), two RS-232/422/485 and four USB 2.0 at the rear bezel. There are two options - suspension and VESA mount - for the panel computer to install in diverse environments. The GOT817L-511 is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 10 IoT.
